By accessing this website and/or booking a rental car, you accept these terms and conditions in full. 1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions:

  • “BCR Automotive”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to BCR Automotive, a car rental company operating in Benidorm, Spain.
  • “You” or “your” refers to the customer renting a vehicle from BCR Automotive.
  • “Vehicle” refers to the car rented by you from BCR Automotive.
  • “Rental Period” refers to the period for which you have rented the vehicle.

2. Rental Agreement

A rental agreement will be created when you book a vehicle through our website, WhatsApp, or other means. This agreement is subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse a rental to anyone at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

  1. Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or through our website.
  2. Payment methods accepted will be specified at the time of booking.
  3. A deposit may be required at the time of booking. The amount of the deposit will be communicated to you during the booking process.
  4. The full rental fee is due before the start of the Rental Period.

4. Vehicle Use

  1. You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license to rent a vehicle from BCR Automotive. Additional restrictions may apply based on the vehicle type.
  2. You are responsible for operating the vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations in Spain.
  3. The vehicle must only be used for legal purposes.
  4. The vehicle must not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  5. The vehicle must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any other activity that could damage the vehicle.
  6. Only the person(s) named in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle.

5. Insurance

Our rental rates include basic insurance coverage. Details of the coverage, including any deductibles, will be provided at the time of booking. You may have the option to purchase additional insurance coverage to reduce your deductible or provide additional protection.

6. Vehicle Condition and Maintenance

  1. You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was received, except for normal wear and tear.
  2. You must check the vehicle’s oil, water, and tire pressure regularly during the Rental Period.
  3. You must notify us immediately of any mechanical issues or damage to the vehicle.
  4. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by your negligence or misuse.

7. Accidents and Damage

  1. In the event of an accident, you must immediately notify the police and BCR Automotive.
  2. You must obtain a police report and exchange information with the other parties involved.
  3. You must not admit liability or make any offers of settlement.
  4. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle, up to the amount of the deductible, unless the damage is caused by our negligence.

8. Returns

  1. The vehicle must be returned to the agreed-upon location on the date and time specified in the rental agreement.
  2. If you return the vehicle late, you will be charged an additional fee.
  3. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had at the start of the Rental Period. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charged for the cost of refueling.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellation and modification policies will be provided at the time of booking. Fees may apply for cancellations or modifications made close to the start of the Rental Period.

10. Limitation of Liability

BCR Automotive is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the vehicle or our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of the rental fee.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising out of these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of Benidorm, Spain.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

BCR Automotive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
